ROATPerfectly situated in the very center of Modena on the lovely Canalchiaro street, the property is new, clean and tastefully furnished, the bed is super comfortable, the airco is amazing and made our stay in the hottest days of the year wonderful. The herbalist shop downstairs is a bonus, make sure to stop by. Also parking was not an issue as the host arranged for access to the ZTL, where we had ample parking possibilities. We would definitely stay here again once we return to Modena.

AULocation was great, and the loft style apartment was really pretty. Amenities overall were good.
top floor apartments mean you’re practically sleeping in the roof so the air conditioner barely cooled the bedroom down to make it comfortable to sleep in. Water pressure non existent making it hard to properly wash in the shower. Couldn’t get a response to a simple question from our only point of contact with the property.
