Great location, lots of amenities (TV, fridge, stove, microwave, heating, wifi, washing machine, etc). Responsive host. Great value for money.

Very small bathroom, shower head but no shower so bathroom gets very wet and hard to dry out so room smells damp. I would recommend not turning the tap all the way on for the shower as it improves the flow of hot water.

Расположение познавательно с точки зрения жизни горожан страны. Рядом университет, мастерские, точки общепита и т.д.

Нельзя сказать,что это не понравилось.Просто факт : вечером идешь усталым все время в гору,причем крутую.

The wifi mentioned in the booking email was not available, and the bathroom had mould :(

Bon rapport qualité-prix, assez proche du métro. Il y a la clim/chauffage, frigo, sèche cheveux, machine à laver, c'était pratique.

Assez petit, avec des valises on a très vite plus trop d'espace. Problème d'humidité, de la moisissure peut s'accumuler. Les chaussons de douche avaient de la moisissure au niveau des semelles. L'eau traverse la porte de la salle de bain.

이정도 가격에 불만을 제기한다는 건, 아닌것 같습니다. 동국대학교 옆에 있어서 밤에 캠퍼스 산책 가능하고 캠퍼스의 낭만을 다시 느껴 볼 수 있습니다. 원룸촌에 있어서 외국인들이 지내기 다소 생소하지만 재밌는 경험이 되지 않을까요? 냉장고, 와이파이 잘되고, 식기류, 세탁 가능, 물끓이게 있음.

40대 이상인 분들은 다른 곳 추천드립니다. 여기 반지층이라 곰팡이 습기로 인하여 하루 자고나면 몸컨디션이 조금 다운되는 느낌입니다. 청소에 민감한 분들도 여기는 패스하시는 게 좋을 듯 싶습니다. 대학가 원룸촌을 수십년만에 해봐서 경험은 좋았지만,, 재미있는 경험이라 나오면서 저도 좀 치우고 왔습니다 ㅎㅎ

In a quiet area but close to the center, 30min by foot to Myeongdong, 20min subway to Hongdae and it was really cheap. The owner is easy to contact and speaks English well. You have everything there, towels, paper towels, a microwave, fridge, kettle, soap..

No window to the outside, gets a bit stuffy but the aircon works well. Things don’t dry, bathroom constantly wet. You have to go uphill for 5-10 minutes from the subway station, so if you have mobility issues, this is not for you. Taxis are cheap in Seoul though and it is accessible by car. I quite enjoyed the daily “hike” myself. If cleanliness is very important to you, this also isn’t for you, bc it’s so humid there’s some mold, didn’t bother me personally
