EVa's Luxury Apartments No 3

Locația a fost exact ceea ce ne doream. La 1 minut de plajă. Am avut un loc sigur pentru parcat mașina în apropiere și o puteam vedea de pe balcon. Am avut toate facilitățile în cameră. Spațiul generos pentru 3 persoane. Paturile foarte confortabile. Apa. Alfa permanent. Am fost plăcut surprinsă de dotările apartamentului: electrocasnice, plasme, AC, mașina de spălat rufe etc. Am putut folosi plită electrică pentru gătit. Persoana cu care am ținut legătura a comunicat permanent, pozitiv, amabilă. Am apreciat faptul ca am găsit în cameră un coș cu mici atenții: capsule de cafea, plicuri cu nes, miere, zahăr. În zonă, am avut terase pentru mic dejun, prânz, cină, la prețuri accesibile.

Близко к морю. Отличная обратная связь с администрацией на Английском и греческом. Кондиционер расположен идеально, не дует в голову. Чисто, кухонные принадлежности все на месте. Кофе, чай, сахар, макароны, мёд, туалетная бумага, полотенца. Москитные сетки! Рядом мини-магазинчики и много ресторанчиков.

The apartment was great, it was just a few steps from the beach. There are some restaurants as well, but the city center is a bit far, about 2 km, so you definitely need to take to bus to get there. The shop across the street is also great, they have almost everything, but if not there is another one 500m away next to a great bakery! :) The owner was very kind and helpful with everything.

The elevator is not working in the building. There should be a microwave oven in the kitchen. I was also missing a dining table to sit down to eat.

Spacious apartment, good location

Elevator doesn't work for years, but no mention of it in the booking description. Floors in the apartment were dirty, Bedsheets and towels were not changed during the 2 night stay, even no additional toilet paper was provided, and it run out. There is no showerhead holder installed above head, so you have to hold the showerhea in hand to take a shower.

Loved having the washing machine there! Great space, very clean. Easy walking distance to beach, restaurants and mini mart. Easy street parking.

Elevator out of service so the stairs were slightly difficult with all the luggage, the Air Conditioning units were a little weak. Would have been nice to have a softer pillow option.

Location was great Bright 2 bedrooms

One bedroom did not have air condition. The unit in the living room did not do a good job cooling the bedroom.

The apartment is very well kept and has good amenities. Beds were very comfortable and very clean.

Elevator was not working so carrying big suitcases two flights up the stairs was strenuous.

Location, Decoration, Properly maintained or renovated apartment

The elevator was out of order and we were with a kid at the 2nd floor, the common areas (stairs) were not clean enough (we met a cockroach and much dust), the light was poor in the bathroom at night, some more functional furniture would be nice (something to put you suitcase on, shoes store)
