"View was amazing, but facility was kept in a poor condition and no internet and TV connection"

The location and view from the apartment. Security service was helpful

Facility had no internet connection as advertised, TV constantly lost connection. Lounge sets did not recline and needed cleaning. Main bedroom bed felt as though it's going to break. Cockroaches in the apartment. Plug points difficult to access. Dining chairs seating was torn.
