The code for the keys is wrong! I had to call a lock smith to gain entery costing me £60.

Being unable to gain entry, I got wet and was very very cold.

"WORSE PLACE WE HAVE EVER STAYED"

The bed was comfy

It seemed to be mis advertised, it came across as if your room had its own bathroom with a toilet, as well as the shared toilet, along with kitchen facilities in the room, when in fact it was a shared kitchen, it was as if the room itself was being advertised like an apartment, the shared toilet was very smelly and smelt of sewers and hairs in the sink. One of the other guests who had been there for over a week said she had not seen a cleaner once. Sorry but I don't recommend this place to anyone.
