We loved the apartment for our family of 5. Great location, close to all of the sights of the old town. Good cooking facilities and excellent AC.

Ensuite shower was tiny.

Great location and wonderful view. We were in contact with a host via WhatsApp and he answered all the questions we had. Apartment is very spacious and well-equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Its a walking distance of all major attractions which was a plus. Parking garage is quite close to the apartment if you are coming with a car. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Excellent location, nice apartment!

The system here of electronic entry to the apartment via our phones created two major problems for us: 1) There were 4 people in our party - the system worked fine for the original recipient of the link but was not so reliable for the others who received the li k at second hand, sometimes working sometimes not. 2) Within minutes of our arrival we were all locked in the apartment-unbeknownst to us the battery on the door lock was flat. There was no fire escape and the fire extinguisher was outside the flat in the corridor. This was potentially a LIFE-THREATENING SITUATION. It was about 30 minutes before I could summon help and the door was opened by a key from outside.During this time ANYTHING COULD HAVE HAPPENED. (A manual key was provided but I was never able to open the street door with it). This is clearly unacceptable and future guests need to be appraised of the shortfalls on the electronic system and the potential necessity to recharge the door-lock battery.

Location, lift, dining table, outside space was all excellent. Plates, glasses etc all great. Cleaning products and toilet roll in good supply.

A few items were broken or not working well such as one sun lounger, the shower doors and the hallway mirror. They didn’t bother us but they should be fixed or removed I think. Not a lot of cooking equipment.
