there was nothing to like

This is a very bad hotel. The staff doesn't have the time to talk. This is not a family hotel। And in this booking I was given a non AC room.

"It was a horrible stay."

Food was good.

There was no ventilation. The owner/manager was rude and treated my family and I with disrespect. There was molding in the bathroom and it smelled horribly. The room was congested. The tv and a/c did not work. Some of the facilities were dirty and unheigenic. There were cockroaches. Staff was unprofessional.

"Good people. Comfort level can be improved. However their clientile are mostly not educated."

Mr. Arun was nice and he was cordial and helpful. Mr. Gupta was pleasant and assisted in making us comfortable. The property is in the heart of the town. Has to have a signage with a directional sign at the junction of the road and the main road. Food served was good but overcharged. Needs to reduce the cost of food.

They are still in the learning stage. There are small cockroaches which can be eliminated easily. The washbasin tap needs a plumber to fix.
