"No hot water"

The location is very convenient to the train station.

There was no hot water! We arrived from Canada, after 11-hour flight and couldn't take a hot shower. The water was very cold. The host called a man to check the hot water heater and he could not solve the problem. The host offered another room but the water was very cold. We think the water heater needed a major repair. We asked another guest in the 3rd room and she also had no hot water!
