The location is perfect. The size of the room is perfect for a short stay. Bed is comfortable and the room is clean. We had the room number one and we were overlooking the garden with the beautiful pine tree.

All was really good. If I had to pick one thing I would say the noise when other guests were taking shower but that is short and it doesn’t really affect the stay.

Location was great for exploring Old Town. Centrally located. Close to bus and train.

The balcony (big enough for one person to sit out with a coffee) was looking at a quiet street and raised garden. The bed was big and comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water. The breakfast was a better version of typical Italian small hotel breakfast, pastries, cake, packed biscuits, cereals, fruits, toast, jam, ham, cheese. We loved the coffee. Everything was perfectly clean, the room was very quiet and safe and the air conditioning worked as a heater.

- For the price point, excellent - Spacious, pleasant, comfortable room with lovely view to garden and afternoon sun - Convenient location - You do hear water pump and shower noise from the next room, otherwise it is very quiet by day and night - Efficient ‘hands-off’ service, yet with many thoughtful extras; breakfast is self-serve with coffee machine and very good choice given there are only 4 rooms - For information only: 14 steps to small lift that takes you up 2 floors, then five steps down and 1 step up to the entrance.
