Rathlin Apartment - 2 Bedroom with Hot Tub

Location, the hot tub was great, all the family enjoyed it and everything that is in the campsite area is very good and the apartments themselves very nice, well laid out.

I had requested a ground floor apartment when booking as we had a 2 year old with us which I did not get. The furniture from the sofas in the living area to the mattresses and bedding were very uncomfortable. The apartment itself had been tidied but it was not clean fully - staining behind toilets, dirt in presses and on cups, cob webs etc., The bar and bistro on site - 2 nights we were down to have food and both nights for different reasons we could not order food, the very first night, we asked what time is food being served until and we were told 8, we arrived at 7.30pm and the bar man ignored us for just over 10 minutes, my wife arrived and asked for menus at 7.42 and the same bar man said the kitchen closes at 7.45… the next night we were there earlier and as I was queuing for drinks at 7.15 another man asked about food and was told no the kitchen closed early because it was quite. We ordered food and at 7.30 the chef came out and asked did anybody want food before they closed the kitchen.

The staff were pleasant. The appartment was immaculate and the facilities/ entertainment were brilliant.

Asked several times for WiFi but eventually gave up. I think that after paying for accommodation for 5 people that swimming costs were too expensive!!

Close to lots of things to do ie. Rathlin Ferry, Ballycastle town/beach and only short drive to Carrick a rede rope bridge, Gaint causeway etc. Everyone loved pool and little extra of hot tub well worth it

We are a family of four, we stayed in the self catering apartments for four nights. There was plenty of room for us all, it didn't feel too small or congested at any stage. Staff were very prompt in getting back to me regarding the requesting a cot for my daughter. The apartment was clean, fresh and aired on our arrival. Clean towels, fresh bedding made up, hot tub was just after been cleaned and staff were preparing it to refill and carry out the maintenance duties for our stay. Access the swimming pool was very easy and plenty of allocated times to suit families throughout the day. Have already recommended it to friends!

It has a hot tub and nice staff.

The children run wild. They are very loud, constantly yelling and screaming. They’re also allowed to ride their bikes all over the premises. The property management needs to give the children a safe place to play and ride their bikes away from the apartments.
