Location was within easy walking distance from the station.

Good location,host is very friendly, kitchen is working very well

For the price, there is little to argue. You get a huge space with roof access, laundry room, kitchen, a balcony and living room. Overall a comfortable stay. The house is well ventilated and airy. There are cupboards in room to hang out clothes. The AC worked well and there was ample hot water. The internet worked well.

given the price, it may not be right to complain, this is just some stuff that could enhance the living experience. The bedrooms do not have windows. There is only one bathroom, which is without an exhaust and can get stuffy. The kitchen can benefit from an addition of microwave. The place is located in a residential area which is a bit of a walk from nearest shop. There is no UPS or power generator in case of power outage.

The caretaker was very polite and understanding. The apartment had all the facilities needed by a family. We used almost all the appliances with no problem.

There was only one bathroom shared between the two rooms, and the water pressure was slightly low. Also, there are no fans in the rooms, only ACs.

The location was excellent. Ignore the jail, it is not an issue. Great restaurant 30m away. Facilities were as expected. Not Western hotel but functional and better then expected. Hosts could not have been more helpful.
