We were very disappointed. This property is advertised on booking.com as being situated on Zimbali lodge drive (which is in Zimbali lodge). This is not the case. The property is not in Zimbali lodge, but situated on a busy, noisy highway. Upon arrival we had to scramble to find and book another property inside the estate and at an additional cost. Please make sure that the property amends the location on your website as it is misleading and it feels like we were deliberately scammed

the place was clean, functional and nice and modern.

The unit opposite is(101)made noise all night , Friday evening ,Saturday evening and Sunday evening. The noise continued till early hours of the morning. I request that as this is a General issue that management gives a process for noise management given to guests as part of the information pack. The location of property mentions on the beach this is not a true reflection.

Everything was in order

Getting my refund for the breakage fee was a hustle, my booking was 24-26 Nov got my refund on 7 December after asking for it twice 😡👺👹

The facility has all what the family would need to enjoy the period of stay. Though it was raining, but we were able to visit the swimming pool which is located at the top floor of the facility. The rooms ,ablution facilities were clean, TV and WiFi were functional
