Urban Apt Next University 10

I have booked similar apartments in the same building by the same company in the past for short stays, and it’s always nice - clean, well equipped, easy to get to (bus to the university).

Βρεθήκαμε για δουλεια στο Ηράκλειο και χρειαστήκαμε τελευταία στιγμή διαμονή για ένα βράδυ. Η ανταπόκριση από τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν άμεση και απολύτα κατατοπιστική. Το διαμέρισμα πεντακάθαρο και η δυνατότητα πάρκινκ ακριβώς απ' έξω ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετική.

Το στρώμα του κρεβατιού ήταν κάπως άβολο, και τα μαξιλάρια επίσης πολύ άβολα αλλά για ένα βράδυ δεν αποτέλεσε για εμάς ιδιαίτερο θέμα. Καλό θα ήταν έστω τα μαξιλάρια να ήταν καλύτερης ποιότητας.

Kinda rude staff on the phone

The check-in was lousy. The day before arrival I was asked when I'll check-in starting at 3 PM and I answered that 3 PM is OK. The office send a message 'welcome'. However, I didn't get any information where to go and how to get into the apartment. After waiting for a while after 3 PM called to contact tel and the lady did not give answers where to go and how to get in. Finally, after lots of searching found a cleaner who took me to the apartment to find out that it was not cleaned. I agreed with the lady that I'll be back at 5 PM. Returned at 6 PM and the place was in order. Since the check-out is at 10 AM the customer pays for something which you don't get. This was my first experience of this kind ever.

It is a studio apartment, it was very clean and had a washing machine, and is located near the airport, 15 minutes by car. We only spend one night before going to the airport.

We were looking for a one-bedroom apartment, and this apartment is a studio, with no bedroom.

Good location, very convenient to get to any point you need. Clean, large room.

We arrived late and searched for our building and room with the help of locals because the location was not listed correctly enough. Noise. Almost constant noise. If you want a good night's sleep on vacation, this is not the place. Music from neighboring buildings (on one day this went on until 3am), roar of motorcycles and cars at night. Also, early in the morning there was someone constantly making noise in the hallway. In the last few days, the electricity would often turn on and off by itself. This made it inconvenient to watch TV and cook food.

This is apartment building with flats which are predominantly rented to tourists and students. Anyway, building is quiet and apartment is clean and in good condition.

Neighbourhood (other buildings and houses) tend to be loud in the evenings from time to time.

Apartment was very clean and with washing mashine. You can park you car near apartment.

In the apartment is no cups for coffe.
