Because of Booking.com, I kept looking for another hotel to stay. I went to the hotel after booking and paying the accommodation fees online, and they told me that the hotel was full and there were no vacant rooms. The mistake was on the Booking website, as it did not cancel the rooms after they were occupied.

There are no shoes for the bathroom, and the room is cramped. There is no ventilation, because the electricity was turned off for an hour by the company, and they are without precautions.

- The water heater wasn’t working and they didn’t take any action to fix or changing the room - the mattress bed was uncomfortable - no mini refrigerator
