Apartment Pelita Batam Floor 21 no 5 Studio with Balcony

The service team is really polite and helpful

1. The house looks clean but there are ants around. 2. There is loud prayers/ chanting in early morning for the 2 days we stayed, affecting my sleep

1. Rony was very responsive. Ensure all taken care ASAP. Gave us massage discount e-vouchers as unit wasn’t ready on time. 2. Clean floor, Comfy bed & pillow, Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, etc. Wide balcony overlooking Batam town. 3. Basic amenities provided. Bath towel, kettle, plastic plates & glasses, utensils available as well. 4. There’s mineral water, coffee, tea, chocolate & biscuits too.

1. Location slightly off Nagoya Hill Mall (walking not recommended, grab easily available) 2. would be better if improve the sound insulation (there’s a birthday party celebration next unit during our stay, we could hear the guests loitering & chatting in front of our door)

Nice, comfortable bed. Near to malls. Friendly staff

Abit of the drain smell in the toilet

Host was very responsive and helpful. Apartment was very clean. To get the card to the apartment was very clear and the security guard @ the lobby was very nice and helpful as well
