It is an old building. I mean old. In the inside, the apartment is perfect, everything is great, but the building is in a very bad state on the inside, many things under construction and not even lights in the night while you are climbing the stairs to get to the apartment. The worst part is that I came in the summer and outside there were 36 degrees. Inside the apartment it was unbearable, 27-29 degrees in the night, even more in the day. I had 2 nights there and I slept 3-4 hours per night, all while taking 2-3 showers in order to be able to sleep, I was completely a zomby the next days when I had stuff to do. The building is a historical building and you cannot add air conditioner. I understand this, but this does not change the fact that it was unbearable and it ruined my whole vacation there.

Located in the city center, enough space in the apartment, nicely equipped.

Apartment on the second floor of a very old and ugly building with horror movies vibe, the staircase looks like it will fall apart. Very weird neighbors - on the corridor in front of the apartment there is a cage with a bunny, people hanging their laundry including underwear just in front of the door to the apartment, somebody nonstop smoking marijuana on the corridor. Related to the apartment itself: - The upper "rain" shower head is broken and needs to be replaced. - Very different mattresses, in one room extremely soft like you are on water and in the other room very hard. - The fridge makes a not standard loud noise but it's not hearable through the closed door from bedrooms.

The apartment is freshly reconditioned with quality materials and good furniture. Very clean, very spacious. Small details make you feel welcomed, you have water in the fridge and coffee on the kitchen top. Nice view of the thatre, good soundproofed windows.

Entrance of the building kinda creeps you out. Living space and kitchen are quite dark because of their interior court orientation. The rooms are big and quite difficult to heat so it gets pretty chilly.
