Excellent place to stay

the location and accommodation facilities are great

cooking utensils should improve. the teflon in pan were having some scratch, should change the pan to the new one. i used the wok to cook but it sticky to the food. there were some dead cockroach in the kitchen cabinet/ drawer. should clean them before guest arrive.

Very modern and in a central location, close to everything

The bathrooms were not very modern and comfortable

Great location and very spacious for our family to have a relaxing holiday. Staff came to assist so fast even if it was just for an extra bin bag. Very grateful!

We arrived late at night and had to leave early the next morning, so we didn’t have enough time to explore or enjoy the place.

here was no receptionist, and it seemed like the staff had to come over to open the door at the time of my arrival — so I was a bit frustrated having to repeatedly communicate my arrival time. It was perfect for us as a family of three , one being a teenage girl… we had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The lounge was perfect, we sat down every night and watched a series together.

There was a little bit of construction going on next door but then most of the time in Bali there is something going on… we just put some music on and it was fine ..
