Very nice and tidy up

Close to shops, all the shops around were varied, plenty of take aways, retail shops all were around

Dirty entrance on outside, do not look like a place to stay, once inside couple of items DIY stuff bottom of stairs, extremely bad first step, kitchen on first floor ok but needed cleaning, room on second floor up steep stairs, looked ok when entered but upon stay found sockets didn’t work, walls need a coat of paint, light switches need cleaning the room was cold, there is a radiator but cannot turn on, bathroom toilet on a plinth you kick it when entering to wash hands, sink you cannot get your hands under the tap water was cold, sink sealant needs redoing, shower spend ages to get any warm water & when it does it’s so hot it’s impossible to control to get in & shower properly, hot cold hot cold, Overall this place needs someone in to show what’s going wrong, Worth £41 a night NO Do the work and maybe this property might reach £50 but certainly not yet, Would we stay again, NO !!! Plus other guests were so loud you thought they were in your room, To fill the kettle you’re given a bottle to go down stairs to kitchen fill the pint & half glass bottle take to your room to fill the kettle, it’s easier to take kettle to kitchen, Remember to take your own milk, fridge in kitchen is for everyone’s use but tea, coffee & sugar are in your room.
