"Superb"

The apartment was completely clean , Furniture were comfy . Near to City center and Bus Stop . But the most best part that I liked was The host , Mr. Adam , was really perfect , supportive and gentleman.

Actually it is not about the inside of property , The property is located in city center and it is like an edge , one side is perfect to access to any where in Birmingham , Other side is bustling and noisy .

Excellent accommodation Had everything we needed for our stay. Location was great for city centre

Roadworks outside the property meant slightly difficulty getting to parking area. Traffic lights outside meant cars revving but not too much of an issue. Road works finishes in a few days though

Stayed here during a work course. Fantastic property and great hosts. The apartment was so clean and everything was new. Loved the bathroom, especially the shower. Would stay again if ever in Birmingham.

Amazing facilities, beautiful furnishings. Really enjoyed our stay.

The only thing that for me was a minus is that, there are no TV's in the bedrooms. Only the living room has a TV
