If i being picky maybe the garden could do with a bit of a makeover but its perfectly acceptable

Spacious rooms, price, host was lovely.

Parking only for two cars, TV in lounge quite dated now and had no USB (the one in the first floor front bedroom should be in the lounge). Door in first floor front bedroom doesn't lock / close properly - likewise the wardrobe in the same room. Pizza boxes left out in the garden when we arrives and garden table very dirty.

Lovely house. Big rooms. Perfect location. Clean, tidy.

The location was perfect for us; the event we were attending was within walking distance, as were many bars and restaurants and there were bus stops nearby to get into the city. Off road parking was a welcome bonus. The property is a great size for a mixed group, with ample bedrooms and well-blessed with bathrooms/toilets. There is a loo on the ground floor, each of the two upper floors has a bathroom and there is also one en-suite bedroom. Property was clean and well presented. Communication with and from the owner was excellent, we will definitely book again next time we visit Poole.

Good setup for a group. All the facilities we needed.

Clean and comfortable house with lots of rooms and beds. The kitchen is very well equipped. Excellent shower in the main bathroom. Very helpful and friendly host with excellent communication. Would recommend!

Perfect for our needs. 3 couples stayed in the house, House was immaculately presented and very spacious. Clean, comfortable and good communication from owner. Would definitely recommend!
