Luxurious apartment - looks awesome inside and smells amazing.

The apartment was great. Beds are really comfy but could do with better pillows. The district doesn't quite match the luxury of the apartment.

Beautiful, clean apartment with decent WiFi and a nice shady balcony. A convenient 5-10 minute walk from the station with restaurants, ice cream shops and a supermarket a very short walk away.

The apartment is on a main road so there is constant traffic noise whilst you’re sitting on the balcony. We were a bit disappointed with Santa Marinella. The main private beach has literally hundreds of sunbeds laid out and they charge around EUR 60 for 2 sunbeds, 1 shade, which we felt was particularly steep if you don’t want to be by the beach all day. The free beach is rocky, slippery and covered in seaweed, though we still managed a pleasant dip! In hindsight, the best option would have been to get the train to Civitavecchia (£1, 7 min) where the free beach is close to the station and is pebbly rather than rocky.

Where cosy apartment. Interior is chosen with a lot of taste and unique ideas and style. The apartment no 5 had a lovely roof terrace and enough space for two. Beware of low doors and ceilings if you are tall. Short walk (10min) to the beach. Excellent communication with the host and quick replies.

Great apartment, great location. Was happy 😊

1) We had some trouble getting into the apartment at first, but after about 15 minutes, someone showed up to open the door. 2) Usually, I get updates a few days ahead of time, but this time, I only got information after I reached out, and then again on the arriving day. 3) The apartment has radiators, but none of them were on, which made it hard to dry wet swimwear or towels. 4) There wasn’t a duvet, just a sheet and a bed cover, and I’m used to having a proper duvet for comfort.

We loved absolutely everything about this accommodation. Can honestly say it was the most amazing rental property that we have ever stayed in! The owner was so helpful, responded quickly to our questions. Sitting out on the patio was so relaxing. Proximity to the grocery store and bakery made for delightful memories.

Honestly can’t say there was anything we didn’t like! All of the incredible little details brought so much joy. Just wish we could have stayed longer.
