La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal.

Es un edificio muy viejo que necesita algunas reformas, por no decir que la escalera parece sacada de una película de terror. Algunos elementos de la casa, como las puertas, necesitan un recambio.

La ubicación es excelente.

Cuando abres la puerta del edificio inmediatamente pasas de estar en Burgos a estar en un juego de resident evil o Silent hill hasta que entras de nuevo al apartamento, fue un choque muy grande para nosotros como primera impresión.
