מיקום של הדירה מעולה . מרחק הליכה קצר ממרכז העיר והאגם. אין בעיה של חנייה באזור. וגם יש אופציה לחנייה ממש קרוב בעלות של 3 יורו ליום. התקשורת מול הבעלים הייתה נוחה וברורה. הבית היה נקי מרווח מתוחזק ומאוד ונוח. המטבח היה מאובזר ונוח.

Καθαρό και σε καλή τοποθεσία

Δεν ήταν επαρκες η θέρμανση. Το σπίτι με αναμμένα όλα τα κλιματιστικά δεν ζεσταθηκε ποτέ. Επίσης υπήρχε ελλιπής φωτισμός στο μπάνιο και στο κεντρικό σαλόνι λόγω καμμενης λάμπας
