Fantastyczny resort w pełni zasługujący na swoją renomę. Cały personel niezwykle uprzejmy, uśmiechnięty i pomocny. Pokoje bardzo przestronne, wygodne i dobrze wyposażone. Śniadania z ogromnym wyborem dań i asortymentem owoców, jakich zazwyczaj nie oferują hotele. Bardzo dobre posiłki w restauracji i barach. Blisko Lotus i 7/11 oraz lokalne bary. Kilka basenów z bardzo przyjemną temperaturą wody. Plaża z leżakami i morze. Byliśmy na Koh Lancie trzeci raz, ale dopiero ten hotel przekonał nas do wyspy. Dziękujemy całemu personelowi za to cudowne doświadczenie.

Great location. Resort is set in beautifully landscaped and well maintained gardens with a lot of nature attracted to the plants and trees. The staff were exceptional, always looked happy were helpful and informative. Room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The location of our room was quiet, even though this is a family friendly resort and there were a lot of children around! Bed was exceptional. Breakfast was excellent and a lovely setting, overlooking the gardens. Would usually hope for a beach side setting for breakfast but can’t complain about the setting here.

The hotel was very beautiful and well located. The majority of hotel staff were very kind and helpful. My young son really enjoyed the water slide and feeding the fish every morning. Great selection for breakfast which changes day by day.

I found the size and decor of the villas a little underwhelming considering the price. But the room was comfortable and had a nice view.

It’s a huge hotel with many lovely staff, catering wonderfully for families with small children. Beach is beautiful

Rooms in need of refurbishment - our villa was well positioned and spacious but quite tatty with wood needing re staining or varnishing and roof tiles need attention plus a lot of rubbish under the villas. Windows needed cleaning . It needs a good clear up. Umbrellas on beach - three were broken

Un point négatif est le manque de transat au bord de la piscine, beaucoup de serviettes posées sur les transat pas de transats disponibles de la journée … Les boissons et consommations sont vraiment chères dans l hôtel

La propriété des lieux et la vue haut perché sur la mer. La piscine avec toboggan est idéal pour les enfants. Restaurant local hors du resort à proximité. Table de ping pong qu’on a apprécié. Piscine et océan côte à côte. On recommande pour la qualité des lieux, les piscines et la gentillesse de tout le personnel. Seul bémol, le prix des restaurants et des aliments sur le site. On ne regrette pas notre choix. Location facile de scooter avec la réception.

Il y a beaucoup de marche à monter. Cela pourrait limiter l’accès pour les personnes ayant de la difficulté à monter plusieurs marches. Il y a cependant moyen de se faire transporter par le personnel en voiturette. Comme partout en Thaïlande la plage demeure un peut rocailleuse, mais on peut se baigner dans la mer aisément. Les restaurants sont assez dispendieux. Faire attention à l’arrivée, on vous suggère le repas du soir qui est de loin le repas le plus cher que nous avons pris en Thaïlande
