"Average, need to do proper maintenance of rooms."

Location was good, inside the city , near by boating area.

Need more maintenance. Wardrobe, bathroom looks old and rusty.bathroom exhaust is bad. Wash towel looks dirty and bad. Overall for the price it's not as expected.
