Felt unsafe, conservatory door didn’t lock properly. Cleanliness wasn’t the best.
GBThe place is a really stylish spacious home for the price. It's got everything you need and local travel that isn't far to get to. Parking was also great with a drive and some street parking. Email updates were great and clear with check in and out information.
We did have to pay a non refundable deposit of £50 shi I didn't know until after we had made the booking. As we had a 5th person we also had to pay for extra bedding charge as well despite it saying it sleeps 6 people.
GBDidn’t like a single thing about this property…. Not only do you have to pay a £350 damage deposit but it was completely disgusting.
On arrival there was household waste across the main pathway into the property and on entry the place wasn’t even cleaned. The back door to the patio is open as the key has been snapped in the lock side so the accommodation is not secure. The place wasn’t hoovered either and large gangs congregate outside the property and are extremely loud. I just want to add that we were literally ‘inside’ the property all of 20minutes whilst I contacted the agency about all of the above. We decided to leave and book alternative accommodation and we’re still charged the full fee for this terrible property, it shouldn’t even be on booking in my opinion.

In the pictures it looks bigger and brighter, most areas of the house need a touch up, needs new blinds in conservatory, needs a good paint, need to provide a cutting knife.

Someone came to the house at 12 complaining that we were late to check out even though we had paid for a late check out.
GBI was not given keys / locations despite of paying in full and getting confirmation email . I waited with kids and family in rain / cold , called multiple times but didn’t get response. I had to arrange another proprty immediately , we are still going through mental / emotional / economical trauma we had to face. I was told to wait as team will talk to management and will let me know. I am still waiting for response.
