4 on Meerenbosch's Boma unit

In general it was a very pleasant stay. We had everything we really needed, and it's a good place to stay with a young baby as well. We had some issues with the baby cot and with the TV, but this can happen and didn't cause any real problems. Both issues were handled with care and as fast as possible, which was great to see.

I kind of missed the personal touch of the check-in. The check-in was done via whatsapp and a lockbox. It was smooth, but it didn't feel very welcoming. Also, it was smaller and less luxurious than it looks on the pictures, but that didn't influence our trip.

It is modern yet homely with lovely plants and furnishings. The washing machine was a bonus

There was a lot of light coming in the front door during the night. Blinds would be a great addition.

The fire pit

Great location - within walking distance of waterfront, restaurants and bakery. Unit was well equipped (washing machine, tv, fan, kitchen and boma area). Property well maintained and hosts very friendly and informative

Compact luxury, the washing machine was a life saver. Really enjoyed our stay here, close to where we wanted to be. The unit was clean and neat. Would definitely recommend to a family on a budget.

The only thing that could be an issue is the open parking. An aircon could also have been a nice feature, but wont put us off from staying there again.
