Établissement pas propre , trois petit , cuisine à partager avec d’autres personnes , cuisine sur le passage pour les chambres, on est vraiment mal à l’aise , personnel absent, les consignes très compliquées, on à attendu 40 min pour pouvoir entrer, j’ai demandé pour me nettoyer la chambre et sont jamais passé, ça sentait pas bon à l’entré du bâtiment et dans la cuisine, le petit déjeuner médiocre, on doit payer le souplement, la carte a juste pour un croissant et un cappuccino et on doit aller au café du coin pas très pratique et mal informé sur le site , à fuir je suis désolé

prenotare è stato molto facile e veloce, l'appartamento è molto comodo proprio nel centro, la stanza e ampia e anche il bagno, era calda e pulita.

Forse un pochino l'assistenza al check-in , la Signora mi ha risposto subito sabato pomeriggio, ma magari un minimo di cordialità in più non guasta, e poi al check out (domenica dopo le 10.00) ho provato a chiamare i numeri che sono anche indicati davanti all'ingresso del palazzo ma non ho avuto nessuna risposta. In ogni caso ho lasciato le chiavi dove le avevo trovate e sono andata via. Era la prima volta che accedevo ad una casa vacanza di solito vado in albergo quindi ero poco pratica, tutto qui.
