Beautiful apartment in the city center. Equipped with everything you need, very clean. Communication with Ms. Michela was excellent. A place worth recommending.

The apartment is located in an old renovated and very well maintained building near the Arc de Triomphe, in a neighborhood with beautiful massive buildings built at the beginning of the 20th century. There are countless shops, restaurants, bars around. There is a Carrefour supermarket about 400 m away. The building is entered through a huge heavy wooden door and a foyer with a beautiful mosaic on the floor. Opposite the central entrance is a cabin for the porter, who works only on weekdays. There are two old, unfortunately very narrow elevators, in which two people with luggage can hardly fit, but this is not a problem. The apartment is located on the 4th floor. 2..3 days before our arrival we received instructions for entering the building and the apartment. You enter through a common door with a digital code. In the common corridor there are entrance doors for five apartments. Ours was a two-room apartment No.7E - the one with blue curtains on the booking.com website, while No.7D is the one with red curtains. Next to the apartment door there is a small metal box that opens with a second code and contains the keys to the apartment and the entrance door of the building. The area of the apartment is about 38..40 m2. The furniture is modern, new and well maintained. The cleanliness is superb. There is everything you need for a normal stay (including washing machine, refrigerator, air conditioners, TV, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine with Nestle Dolce Gusto capsules, steam iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, etc.). The photos published on the website correspond to reality. Between the living room and the bedroom, right in front of the entrance door, there is a landing that is at a higher level than the two rooms, but it is also a problem. This is the best apartment we've stayed in Italy in the last 15 years. The owner Michela is kind, responsive and always helps her guests when needed. Thank you, Michela, for a pleasant stay!

Only the mosquitoes were somewhat of a small problem, because these shutters on the windows do not allow the installation of mosquito nets.

This is a really beautiful apartment! Spacious and well equipped. We spend 6 nights in La Câza a Zêna, and really recommend it. It is also well situated. Park your car under Piazza Vittoria.

It's an old building but in a very good condition, it looks classy and elegant. Appartment was spacious enough for 2 people, very clean and well equipped, big shower, comfortable bed. Location is great, it's calm but everything what you need is around. It's 10 mins by walk from the train station and around 20 to the Porto Antico area Very good contact with the host, Michela booked a taxi for us :-)

Everything was great, maybe only a bit loud at night from the street with open balcony door. But there is an aircon so you can close it and it will be fine. There is no kettle to make a tea but you can boil the water in the pot. So overall these are the only things i may have small remarks too but it's easy to solve 😊

Everything! Location is good, only 6 min walk from Brignole train station. The apartment has lots of space in every room; the modern, well lit bathroom; a comfortable bed; ample utensils, pans, and crockery in the kitchen. Great AC units in the bedroom and lounge. A full length mirror! Every need is provided for.

Walking 100m to deposit the rubbish on leaving.

Good location. Spacious apartment. Very comfortable during our stay. Good parking nearby. Close to a number of bars and restaurants.
