I would not recommend this accommodation, especially for families with young children or elderly guests. The property felt unsafe from the moment we arrived. The doors did not lock properly, which was a major security concern. The windows could not be fully closed, and despite informing the host beforehand that I would be travelling with a 2-year-old child, no mention was made of the safety risks this created. An open, unsecured window is completely unsuitable for a toddler. In addition, access to the rooftop area was via a rusted, broken spiral staircase that would be extremely difficult and potentially dangerous for children, elderly guests, or anyone with mobility concerns. Due to these safety concerns, we felt we had no choice but to find alternative accommodation. When we raised these issues with the host and requested a reasonable 50/50 refund, the host refused to take any accountability for the condition of the property and eventually stopped responding altogether. The listing did not accurately reflect these significant safety issues, and the host’s handling of the situation only added to an already disappointing experience.

No cleaning service for whole duration , but charged full R550 becareful when booking . Main bedroom shower door kind of broken so can't close it. Garden balcony is loose at the bottom especially when windy so find that very dangerous especially for kids.
