Two of three bedrooms was smelled of beer and cigarettes. Floor was dirty.

GBGreat place to stay as a family or group of friends. The walk to the beach and harbour is ~25 minutes, but this can easily be split up by grabbing some coffee or checking out art work along the way. Appreciated the coffee & tea that was provided as well as some general dry ingredients that got left behind by previous guests (e.g. salt, pepper, oats, rice). Access via key code was straightforward and the hosts were very responsive via messages. There is a washing machine & dryer as well as heated towl rails which is great for getting everything dry after getting caught in the rain (or playing at the beach).
Garden is a bit bare. Could do with more than just 2 garden chairs and some pillows for the chairs as lovely to be able to sit out if the weather is nice.
DEZentral gelegen. Strand und Hafen und Innenstadt gut zu erreichen. Straße selbst allerdings wirkte etwas heruntergekommen (viel Müll). Kleine Terrasse vorhanden, Kaffee verfügbar. Intensive Begleitung durch die Vermieterin.
Reinigung der Küche schien man vergessen zu haben (Müll nicht entsorgt, Backofen nicht gereinigt, Flecken auf den Küchenschränken), Terrasse sehr ungepflegt, Gegend wirkte ungepflegt. Im Haus nebenan gab es täglich Baulärm, wofür der Vermieter allerdings nichts kann.
