IELocation and size of appartment was very good. Paola was there to meet us and was friendly and helpful
There was construction the first two days of our holiday in the building that started before 8am a lot of banging and noise 😦 Could do with updating bedding, pillows, towels. tea spoons wine glasses. darker curtains in bedrooms

The bathrooms very outdated and not clean in many areas. The smaller beds were very small and uncomfortable for adults to sleep on , the apartment felt cold and draughty. The electric went off when only a few appliances were plugged in . No information pack in place which would help point to places of interest or which bus etc to use to visit nearby locations. A shame as a lovely, spacious apartment but let down by the decor, curtains, towels, etc where just poor quality and style .
GBLocation was perfect, very close to the funicular making it easy to reach the old town. Marina the host was very helpful and was always contactable.
ROIELocation was superb. Right at the bottom station for the vernacular.
On site parking would have been a plus.

BGThe apartment is spacious, very well located with all you need for a tourist visit to include electricity adapters, info for the area and recommendations. Marina was very helpful and gave us a restaurant and paticery advice.

ROFriendly and reliable hosts, easy communication. The apartment is perfectly located near the bus station to all directions. We loved the many halls and spaces in the house, and its versatility.
