Ubicación fantástica, a 5 minutos del centro
Se "olvidaron" de contactar con nosotros para indicarnos cómo acceder al apartamento. No contestaron a ninguna de las preguntas que hicimos días antes. No atendieron al teléfono cuando 2 horas antes insistimos en contactar para recibir las indicaciones. Tuvimos que llamar a atención al cliente de Booking, donde nos lo solucionaron de forma excelente y rápida.

The location was great, close to the historical sites and also close to restaurants and markets. The building was safe and quiet
The apartment was dark, with exception of the kitchen. I didn’t love that the towels and sheets were not white. The shower was quite small. I also didn’t like that we had to pay 23 Euros to drop our suitcases at 10:45 am , I thought that was excessive, none of the other locations where we stayed charge us for dropping our suitcases earlier. We didn’t meet the person in charge but at least she was reliable.

Great location in the heart of Bologna. Lots of dice to spread out.
Some maintenance issues, lights not working, broken blinds and poor cleaning indicated a lack of care. No room to store clothing as all cupboards, drawers etc were filled with linen etc.

Perfect location! Greta is a wonderful host! We could walk to all the sites and best restaurants easily. Beautiful apartment that met all our needs.
As stated in the description there is no lift, so be prepared for the stairs. Also, the back bedroom can remain a bit warm during the hot summer days. We were fine though, since we knew about both and did not mind it at all. The character of the apartment and location was perfect!
