The location is excellent. There is a place to hang wet clothes to dry. Good view from the outdoor kitchen area.

The staircase is terrifying with no guard rails or hand rails and I was on the 5th floor. Lighting is also not good in the staircase which is also painted a dark red colour with no delineation of the edges of steps. Although fresh drinking water is supposed to be available on the second floor it was empty on 2 of the 3 days that I stayed. Owners do not seem to care much. Also they demanded payment after I had already paid which was surprising and awkward although we did get it resolved. They seem very busy with the store, the baby, and the taxi. No reading light by bed. The hot water did not work in my shower.

Really poor soundproofing, there was lots of loud and disturbing noise. Bad smell from the bathroom throughout our stay.

Enjoyed my stay here, it's good value for money and great location close to the sea front

El apartamento La Casa D’ Juan es perfecto para descubrir San Cristóbal. Las camas son comodísimas, el aire acondicionado enfría súper bien y la limpieza es impecable. Lo mejor de todo es Juan: su hospitalidad marca la diferencia, te ayuda con todo y además organiza tours increíbles por la isla. ¡Recomendado al 100%!

The check in process was messy. When asked what time I was arriving I said right away and was told to cancel my booking. I had just had my flight cancelled so this cause even more stress. They then said they misunderstood. I then went to check in and was handed a key from the lady at the store but never asked for payment. Later that day they were messaging me asking when I would pay. It just felt very unorganized. Also there is no kitchen or filtered water. Very basic.

Location is very good, hot water.

The bed had strong smell of other people. A curtain in the shower is missing
