We arrived on the night bus, and were offered breakfast on arrival (from 7am). Grabbed some bikes (free) and explored the area. Room was ready by 1pm - probably earlier if you are luckier than us. Place was clean, good aircon, excellent bathroom. They were quick to respond through the booking.com app. and they will store your luggage on the departure day.

overall, the stay was nice as the staff are friendly but something to note is there are no locks on the toilet doors. Though, one thing that was really disappointing to see were the living conditions they kept their pet fish in. It was really sad to see that, in 2026, people still think it’s acceptable to keep fish in tiny fish bowls that have NO FILTER and no enrichment; on-top of this the water in the bowl clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time as it was filthy. Life is not sustainable for fish in water like this as waste builds up quickly causing the fish to be poisoned, additionally, the lack of oxygen in small, unclean volumes of water causes fishes to essentially slowly suffocate to death. You could tell just by watching the fishes behaviour that its environment has had a detrimental effect on its health as it was barely moving and spent most its time floating at the top of the water as though it was dead and when it did move it was to erratically throw its self around the water or even out of the water onto the fake plants in the centre (this behaviour is often displayed by fish as a last attempt to escape dirty water that it can not survive in). The poor thing was very obviously close to death indicated by the behaviour i just stated as well as the depressing state it was in physically. I know that it’s just a fish, but at the end of the day it’s a living creature that can feel pain and does not deserve the slow, agonising death it’s getting. It was so disappointing to see it was being kept barely alive in such poor conditions where it will ultimately die because of the negligence of its owners. There was nothing wrong with the stay overall but i would not come back here again as i think it is very telling of a persons morals when they take a small, vulnerable animal into their home as a pet to essentially torture it to death out of negligence through awful living conditions because they view them more as ornament’s than things that are ALIVE!!

Harikaydı. Tam Coc merkezine biraz uzak ama buna değerdi. Bisikletler ücretsiz ve çalışanlar inanılmaz yardımseverdi. Kahvaltı da gayet yeterli ve güzeldi.

As duas funcionárias são extremamente simpáticas e prestativas. Fazem de tudo para agradar. O custo benefício é imbatível incluindo café da manhã e bicicleta no valor. Roupa de cama limpa.

A propriedade precisa de uma reforma. Algumas coisas estão quebradas ou fora do lugar e simplesmente não são concertadas. Lockers estão cheios de teia de aranha, alguns deles não abrem por estarem trancados com cadeado. Algumas camas com lâmpadas queimadas. A configuração dos banheiros também é bem estranha. As toalhas parecem não ser bem lavadas. Num dos dias a toalha estava cheirando a fumaça.
