Overall setup was extremely well done. size of bed was fantastic. Shower setup was fantastic for a european country. There was plenty of space for 2 people. We had a stove and microwave so we could do some meals (an oven isn't present but the stove and microwave allows for some meals to be done in the room). Location is perfect for a relaxing holiday. There are 2 beaches with easy walking distance (the beaches are coves and so not stretches of beaches and can get busy in peak times.) The Town Center is walkable and there are restaurants galore, Spa supermarkets all over the place and several other types of shops. Doctors and Pharmacy are close too and walkable distance in case like me you get bitten by bugs and needed some treatment.

If we had to be picky about anything - Coffee machine is very specific to Tassimo capsules was very splashy and hard to keep the counters clean around it. Also we found it hard to get the capsules at any shop. - found it best to get them at the larger supermarkets ie the supermacado or the Eroski. The Spa's didn't seem to stock them much. The patio door squeaked but other than that the place was clean and perfect for our needs. And all of these are such minor points that if you didn't have a "what didn't you like" section I'd not have mentioned it at all. Note if you haven't hired your own car (which seems to need an international drivers license even from UK) the trip back to Palma requires a taxi journey or a 2-3hr bus journey as it's actually further than you think.

Location was amazing and the balcony was great

-Cleanliness - food on all kitchenware taken out on the first day, hairs around the apartment, bedside table drawers genuinely filthy when wiped with a tissue, bathroom needs a deep clean and general dirt all around e.g. on the chairs there are crumbs all down the sides - No communication from host throughout the 10 day holiday & no replacement of towels during our stay - Lack of thought - we arrived in the middle of the night when all shops were closed and not even a bottle of water was left in the fridge. Such a simple gesture would have made all the difference - Pool area only has 3 sun loungers and pool really needs a clean up/ upgrade, water looked murky and was always dirty with leaves, it was really uninviting and we really didn’t enjoy swimming in it. The ladder was also broken In general the quality doesn’t match the expensive price

Marina was a fabulous host, very kind and helpful! Because of our late flight she let us postpone our check out a bit. Also, for the whole stay she was very attentive and available 24/7. Would definitely recommend 11/10!!

Nothing, it was all great!

White Suites was perfect for us as a couple. Apartments are fitted with all the key amenities and the living space is very comfortable. The outside balcony is very spacious and overlooks the street outside. It was perfect for pre dinner drinks. The pool area was fantastic and often we were the only ones there! Our host was very communicative and helpful and gave us suggestions of beaches and restaurants in the local area. We loved it and can’t wait to come back!

Two small things! The balcony area had a glass section which doesn’t offer much privacy as it overlooks a busy street. The pool area only had 3 sunbeds which wasn’t enough for 2 couples.

In the heart of cala d’Or which made it easy to get around by foot. The apartment is a great size and super spacious. Modern and clean. Loved that there was a washing machine in the apartment and how the balcony was big.

Expected a better view (but that’s me being picky)

The apartment was in a great location. So close to everything. The apartment, pool and general complex was clean and well kept. We had the pool to ourselves most days. Marina was great to deal with. Will definitely be back.

Very clean, very private and great location, a huge balcony and massive bed.

We struggled with the cot provided, the bottom of the cot fell through and collapsed with our baby in it in the middle of the night, which made us anxious throughout the rest of the holiday. The pool was deep I could just about touch the floor and with a baby it was slightly difficult, luckily my partner is tall

The secure entrance to the apartment's was good. The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything.

Unfortunately, there is waste ground at the side and rear of the apartments, which could do with being maintained.
