Séjour non fait

L annulation en dernière minute par l'hôte. Et le non remboursement qu'elle avait prévu de faire. Elle ne répond plus à mes appels et message. Que dois-je faire pour le remboursement svp

Logement nickel, propre et bien équipé. Le plus : la petite terrasse privative sympa. Propriétaire sympathique et réactive.

Dommage d'avoir dû être logé dans un autre logement que celui réservé, la première nuit... Pas très pratique de devoir déménager de logement le lendemain de notre arrivée à cause d'un souci logistique.
