MYThe weather and nice green views
Once we reach, we try to call the agent for the Key, no response, no reply. She called back after few minutes asking to verify the booking through WhatsApp. When we did, she asks us to get key from locker. When we open door, the smell was bad.
MYThe overall cleanliness of the unit is very disappointing. At first when we checked in, we found that the blanket provided is full of dust and the pillow is mouldy. So we contacted the owner/agent and luckily the response is fast and spontaneous. A cleaner is sent in around 1 hour to change the bedsheet and blanket. The pillows are changed also under our request. The price of one night for this unit is considered expensive. Hope that the owner/agent will take serious note of this and improve in the future for next customer to stay in.
