The host was great, easy to contact and very helpful with any slight thing.

I chose this location due to having a kitchen and the ability to cook. Personally I'd like the kitchen to have a bit more, we had a frying pan, a chopping board etc. if your getting a takeaway it's great, but if cooking a little more in the kitchen would be useful. I'd also prefer to have a means to hold the shower head opposed to needing to be hand held and a hook or two in the bathroom would be nicer than clothes on the floor. It's a total of £40 in quick fixes to make this 10/10

The owner was available at all hours. That's the only thing. But anyway, it didn't save us from 3 days of nightmare in this house.

For 2 days, we and our 5-year-old child could not take a shower due to system malfunctions in the house, the lack of normal water in this regard. After the owner solved the water problem, we came home at 24:00 tired and dirty, we wanted to take a shower and rest, we found that it was extremely cold in the house that we could not take a bath so as not to get sick but also that neither we nor the children could fall asleep, because it was so cold. We contacted the owner, and he said that he was connecting the water. He was disconnecting the heat from the rented property remotely. very serious. So we did not take a bath even for the third night and fell asleep after 2 am due to the unbearable cold. We had to leave the property the day before we paid and spent additional money to rent a new hotel, as our New Year's Eve vacation had become an endless nightmare.

The host was wonderful. Very helpful and nothing was a bother. The location was ideal for our needs.

Everything was great.

The customer service was brilliant, the location was perfect, and the facilities were immaculate. Having dedicated parking was great, and the house was cosy and homely.

The only improvement needed was a power shower. The hand-held shower was not great, and the water pressure for some reason meant the shower was a challenge. The water pressure was fine for all taps etc. Upon informing the owner, he said he would look at this for the future.

Excellent host so helpful. He went the extra mole. The house was warm and welcoming. Great parking facilities.

Everything was great.

He was kind enough to check on our ETA and ensured someone was available to show us around. The neighbourhood was safe and secure and quiet.
