Cosy 2 Bedroom Home in Wigan

The home is very cute and a good location for stores and places to eat.

Close to a busy road and police headquarters.

really easy check in, clean house, easy to drive into manchester.

next door to a police station so sirens throughout the night (we stayed on the weekend and during a heat wave so all windows were open). wasnt an issue but id be mindful if you had little ones

I have recently stayed in this house for 5 days. As soon as I walked in, I noticed a smell and upon looking around I could see how filthy the property was. It was like there had been no attempt to clean whatsoever before our arrival. It was very clear that some of the dirt was not just from the previous guests but must have been there for quite a while. I made immediate contact to complain about this. I was informed that they could only send someone out to clean 2 days later. 2 days later it was "cleaned" but it still was not up to standard for paying guests. I voiced this and had no reply. How this place has a score of 8.2 for cleanliness I will never know! This place needs a full deep clean before anyone else steps foot in it. It has ruined my stay but I was lucky enough to have family close by so I could shower and cook food. Avoid this place.
