Beautiful view of the harbour, great location, comfortable apartment.

The kitchen was not very well stocked, not suitable for cooking. The shower also doesn’t drain and there was always water left from previous showers.

Access to property with suitcases especially for our age also the sound of night club music at weekends until 5 am

This is the best place I have ever stayed. Everything about it was perfect. Best location, best flat - spacious, comfortable, and clean. Best view and best manager who was at disposition to answer my questions until late. I was really very happy. Thank you for whoever runs the place. Mashalah.

Because the flat is so wonderful I didn't want to leave, so I missed having few tea bags and a coffee machine underhand. As I stayed only one night I didn't have time to buy and leave some there.

We loved our stay at Harbour View. The host, Enes, was very responsive and helpful with any requests. The view is lovely. The accommodation is clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend staying here to others in the area.

We recently stayed at this accommodation in Fethiye for 8 days, and unfortunately, it did not live up to our expectations due to several issues: 1. Accessibility: The property is located up a steep hill, and vehicles cannot drop you off at the doorstep. There are about 80-100 steps to climb, which was exhausting and consumed about 20% of our energy every day. The steps are uneven and unstable, often wet with dirty water, and the path is littered with garbage bins. 2. Views: While the view from the living room is somewhat nice, it's obstructed by a lamp post. The bedroom view is terrible, blocked by a stone wall with garbage dumped around it. 3. Host Responsiveness: The host was responsive to our requests and did provide us with additional bedsheets and linens when asked. 4. Living Room Sofa: The living room sofa is not a sofa bed. When we asked, the host did provide a mattress to sleep on the floor, but this was not an ideal solution. 5. Noise Levels: The accommodation is located above a market area and surrounded by clubs and pubs, making it extremely noisy until late at night. 6. Parking Costs: While parking is available nearby, the cost is much higher than claimed by the host. We ended up paying about €20-25 per day. 7. Late Check-Out: We requested a couple of extra hours for a late check-out due to our late-night flight. Even though there was no booking for that day, our request was rejected, and we were asked to book an entire extra day for a few additional hours. Overall, our stay was disappointing and did not match the description provided. I would not recommend this accommodation for future stays.

For the cost of this apartment, I expected at least a basic level of available equipment. However, the kitchen and bathroom were completely unequipped. I had to purchase all essentials myself, from sugar and coffee to shower gel and other necessities. Additionally, the description of the property was inaccurate. The listing stated that parking was available for €2 per day, but the actual cost was €21.30 per day, more than ten times the advertised price. The owner suggested parking on the street for free, which was virtually impossible as all spots were taken returning home in this tourist-heavy area by the end of the day. The owner, Mr. Enes, was not supportive and refused to share the parking costs, stating that he only deals with Booking.com for such issues. This behavior is not only disrespectful to customers but also detrimental to other businesses. I have filed a formal complaint with conversations, pictures, recepits with Booking.com and am awaiting their response. This situation has caused significant stress and detracted from what should have been a pleasant stay.
