La stanza era estremamente basic

the location & the excellent quality of the towels, also the closets were new. i had an issue when i arrived w the wifi and it was sold in a couple of hours! very helpful staff.

the bed was extremely old, the pillows and matress hard and also seemed very very basic/plain, the chair at the desk as well as the tv control was not clean, the bedside lamp ddnt work. the shared bathrooms was not being cleaned frequently enough nor was in the best condition. Also the lights of the entrance second night ddnt seem to work. plus the keys seemed so old type!

Die Unterkunft hat eine wirklich tolle Lage mit ungefähr 10 Minuten bis ins Zentrum von Bologna. Auch die Ausstattung des Zimmers war in Ordnung, obwohl es nicht die neuesten Möbel sind. Das Personal hat sich meist sehr schnell gemeldet, was positiv anzumerken ist! Für eine Nacht war es in Ordnung.

Als wir hineinkamen hat es leider sehr übel gerochen, nach ein wenig umschauen entdeckten wir etwas seltsame Flecken auf unserem Bett. Außerdem möchte ich gerne anmerken, dass ein Badezimmer für verhältnismäßig doch viele Zimmer etwas wenig ist, die Wartezeiten waren da wirklich enorm (über eine Stunde am Abend, umso länger in der früh). Viel mehr kann ich allerdings nicht sagen, da wir eine Nacht verbracht haben.

Traditional old Bologna building, our room had a little terrace with chairs, overlooking a peaceful garden and yard. Everything was clean. Quiet atmosphere. We had the shared bathroom and luckily it was always free when we needed it. The location was very good, easy to walk to all the sights. The communal espresso coffee machine was a nice touch with good coffee too. Thank you!

Nothing - it was good value for money for the price we paid! The only thing I would mention is that the property advertises a 10:30 checkout on Booking.com when it’s actually 10:00. Also this only a minor comment and not a property fee, but the city tax is 4$ per person/per night, not the 3$ which booking.com states.

Ich hätte mir ein einfacheres checken gewünscht. Das funktioniert nur mit Handy, das auch Netz hat.

The rooms were comfortable and as depicted, with three clean towels. The kitchen has the essentials. Everything was clean and the place is well maintained. The best part was the host; he was communicative and helpful. Anytime I had a question he replied quickly and resolved it for me.

I am a spoiled American and I would like if there was A/C.
