"Spacious, stylish and comfortable trip away to Devon"

A lovely spacious, clean and modern apartment awaited us after our long journey. It's well equipped, nicely finished and decorated and well situated near the Sainsbury's local and the pub nearby for a stop off drink on our way back. It felt like a real home from home. We used it as a base for visiting other places in Devon. The parking nearby is on a respectable street and our car was safe and fine. It actually looked even nicer than the photos on the internet - so don't doubt about booking based on those.

If I am to write anything in this box - you have to be aware of the steps up to the property and that it's situated on a busy street with traffic, but with the windows closed and being able bodied, none of this was a problem and I had researched this beforehand anyway, so no nasty surprises were to be had!

"Fantastic clean apartment, had great family holiday."

The apartment was exactly as described, exceptionally clean throughout on arrival. Communication with host was very good and the welcome pack explained everything we needed to know before arrival. Various amenities nearby such as Sainsburys local, pub restaurants, a very good fish and chip shop and bus stops for routes to Torquay and beyond or Paignton / Brixham amongst others. Parking is 5 minute walk as described, beach is a further 5 minutes away which is very clean.

Due to the beautiful weather and a streetlight right outside, the bedrooms could benefit from blackout blinds and also a fan in each. Out of the hosts control issue is that the apartment is on a busy junction so quite noisy if you keep the windows open at bedtime, hence requirement for a fan in bedrooms.

Lovely apartment, had everything you would need and more! Also has a parking space available, 5mins walk away (if that!). Apartment was very clean and comfortable.
