I do not like the 4:00 check in on day of arrival. We arrived at 3 and called the office to see if we could get in as I already had the door code. The lady said she would check & call me back and I never heard from her. We went on in and found that the house was clean. I do not like on the paper work that charges would apply if you wanted to arrive early. If the unit is ready than renters should be able to get in.
