"the view"

The positive thing is the view

The host is not flexible at all. Check out 10.00 am, with no possibility even to leave the luggage . The water was leaking in the kitchen The sofa is EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE.

"Exceptional"

Excellent location, clean and had everything we need. A view from terrace is amazing.

Separating the garbage was little confusing. Instead of referring to a website putting a specific instruction might be better.

"We enjoyed happy hour on the deck overlooking Lake Como and watching the sunset go behind the mountains."

This property was great, was right on Lake Como. Within walking distance to the town Square. Very comfortable, we needed to do some laundry and they had a washing machine there which came in handy for us.

The bed was a pullout couch, which was not the greatest, but we managed.
