Terrasse a l'ombre et quartier assez calme

Chien du voisin d'à côté qui aboie pendant 1h vers 21h. Après une station de lavage accolée à l'appartement risque d'engendrer des nuisances sonores (pas fonctionnel lots du séjour). Ménage à faire dans les produits pour la douche tous vide (1dizaine)
