Villa Mari Posa - hideaway near Nunggalan Beach

Un alojamiento de 10. El servicio, las instalaciones, la limpieza… todo perfecto. Volveríamos y lo recomendamos sin duda. Imposible encontrar una sola queja.

After we checked in, thre were couple of flying ants around the kitchen cabinet and also in the bathroom inside of the house. We used bug spray, and after a couple of them, there were literally thousands of flying ants inside of the house. We reached out the Host immediately and he sent the cleaning team. But we had our first 2 nights fighting against flying ants, and the only explanation from the host was it was because of the season. - which is not true, as we had other friends in different locations and they didn't have such issues. When we asked for a refund for the first night, he replied I can only pay back 10% of your 1st night, and if you don't agree, you can look for another place, which was almost impossible as it was just before NYE. We also didn't have a hair dryer, and when we requested it from the host, he was very unfriendly again. Overall, without any exaggeration, we would never stay there again and never recommend staying there to anyone. All the cleaning that was supposed to be done prior to our arrival was done by us and the cleaning team he sent after our arrival. Totally disappointed.
