It’s clean and nice

No air conditioner on the rooms

When we booked - we were advised that we would receive details 24hrs before our arrival but instead received the details via text 6.56am the day of check in. We booked and paid for apartment No.4 but received message from property owner/manager with details for apartment No.2. No communication whatsoever of the change!! Disappointed in the communication with property owner/manager (wasn’t sure who we were dealing with).

Noise from people next door coming and going late at night and neighbours next door. Lounge/dinning area: - Upon arrival at the apartment, cockroaches crawling up the wall behind the uncomfortable couch and picture by tiny dinning room table, in kitchen cupboards and also upstairs in master bedroom and bedroom with the two single beds. Absolutely gross! - The couch is uncomfortable - only room to fit 3 of us. The dinning chairs are about to fall apart, need to be cleaned and wiped down. - Heat pump/air con downstairs only cools area by couch. Bathrooms: - The master ensuite, show needs to be scrubbed, especially in corners by sliding door. - There are no rubbish bins in either of the bathrooms/toilets - you have to dispose of any rubbish in kitchen - please throw away that toilet brush (it smells/yuck) Kitchen: Nice kitchen. There was only ONE glass, 3 wine glasses and 5/6 mugs - really odd. But we made up for it using bottled water and mugs to drink from. Plenty of cutlery Only 2 mismatched bar chairs The floors need a good mop as it was dirty and dusty. - note for property owner/manager - there is no recycling bin outside for No.2. Bedding: Beds were comfortable and perfect for family of 5. We stripped the beds before we left We were lucky that it was hot, but would be really cold if booked out in cooler/winter months. - as noted by other guests the bedding is basically just sheets. Garage: Is a tight squeeze. Note if you have a big car, it won’t fit in garage and probably need to park on the street (not sure how safe that would be though…) If you book in summer months - note upstairs is really hot. There are electric fans (that need a good clean), but still really hot. From reading other guests reviews, who also encountered similar issues as us - which still have not been addressed. It’s a real shame because this could be a really nice place if you sort the issues guests have clearly been telling you.

Parking with a suv was difficult

Brand new house with comfy beds. Garage to park car inside.

Nvery few amenities were provided in kitchen. Only 2 toilet rolls/each provided for 6 people for 4 nights stay. Furniture in living room were woobly, shaking. No air con in bedrooms.

The WiFi keeps disconnecting and there were no big place and pans.. we had to buy a lot of stuff ourselves
