Expérience globalement décevante. J’avais réservé cet établissement pour mes parents, mais à leur arrivée, ils ont constaté que la chambre ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos publiées sur Booking.com. La réalité était très différente de ce qui est présenté en ligne. Le personnel est gentil, cependant aucune solution n’a été proposée malgré le problème signalé (ni changement de chambre, ni alternative), ce qui est regrettable. Mes parents ont donc préféré quitter l’établissement et j’ai dû réserver un autre hôtel en urgence le jour même.
