Simply amazing. Authentic, kind owners who will help you with anything. Great pool, kids will enoy themselves a full week staying here with all the turtles, chickens, turkeys, donkeys, parakeets, dogs, and cats. Ah and for the adults: serene, romantic, plenty of chairs around the pool and garden, extensive menu (food and drink wise)

There was nothing that we didn't like!

The pool was great. It wasn’t heated so at the end of October was a bit cool but when the sun was shining it was fine. The pool loungers were plentiful and comfortable. The grounds were nice and pretty when lit up at night. You just need to watch out for animal waste when walking around. It’s a good place for 1 or max 2 nights if you need to be near the airport and just want to escape the city and be by a pool.

The location was terrible, literally in between a rubbish dump with stray dogs and a shanty town. You can’t leave the hotel on foot day or night, and a taxi will cost €20 each way to Marrakesh, €25 at night, so you need to plan your trips very well. Most taxi drivers were annoyed with us as it’s hard to find and not a proper road. The beds were hard and one mattress had sprung springs and needed replacing. Bad quality pillows. The animals are fine if you like them but being awoken at 4am by noisy chickens was really frustrating. We took 3 rooms…one shower didn’t stay on the wall, one took 15 minutes to get hot water, and the third produced only cold water. The food was fine but a lot of the menu was unavailable and what they did have was overpriced. The breakfast (included) was fine for one morning but with 5 days there lacked any variety. The coffee was consistently cold and poor quality. The staff (who I note have replied to every negative review with sarcasm and scorn about their customers) really are in the wrong jobs. I’d be surprised if they’ve worked in a hotel before as the idea of service seems remote to them, we got very little warmth even before we complained that it had taken an hour from ordering 3 sandwiches and a salad (with only two other families there at the same time). After that (which they responded to with defensiveness and no apology) we felt like they couldn’t wait to get rid of us. Which may be fair enough but part of being in hospitality is to listen to your customers and leave them feeling like you’ve done your best. Over our 5 days we saw many people come for 1 or 2 nights and they seemed to enjoy it. We probably would have felt similarly if we’d only stayed briefly as it does have a certain charm. But when you stay a bit longer it all unravels a bit. It’s likely the staff have experienced customers who are less than impressed many times before, given the instant demand for full payment on arrival before seeing the rooms.

Gorgeous hidden oasis - the gardens were so lovely with a huge clean pool & loungers, plenty of cozy seating around the grounds and the ANIMALS! So charming! We got to see donkeys, turkeys, peacocks, chickens, dogs, cats…they were so sweet and never felt annoying. The rooms were stylish and clean too and the staff were very nice.

Very difficult to locate despite not being too far away. Some more signs on the road would be great.

So peaceful and tranquil! The animals wondering were so lovely! The pool was beautiful and the surroundings just stunning! The staff were always on hand and really friendly. Food was really good and they made a great gin and tonic! Would absolutely stay again! Loved all the animals so much it absolutely made mine and my little girls stay perfect!

Nothing about the property it’s self as it was beautiful and perfect. The location was a little hard to find so all I will say is some extra signs to direct the way would be helpful.

Fantastique endroit dépaysant , personnel très aimable et attentionné , grande piscine très propre , paradis pour des enfants , animaux …

La gentillesse du personnel, la jolie piscine et le joli jardin. Très bon petit déjeuner. Bon restaurant. Cadre atypique avec des animaux en liberté. Menu varié et typique.

Logement peu entretenu, chambre un peu vétuste et literie très inconfortable. Aucun support pour le pommeau de douche (on a du le tenir à la main). Les alentours sont horribles (déchèterie). Loin de tout et du centre.

Le cadre était incroyable. La piscine superbe. Au calme, avec les animaux en liberté. Un vrai petit coin de paradis.

La propreté : Cafard dans les chambres Le petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix mais non distribué malgré un doggybag proposé par l'hotel. Certaines prestations n'étaient pas à la hauteur (les mojitos ne contenaient pas de rhum, et on demande des briks au fromage et on se retrouve avec des briks à la viande).
